Administrative Asst/Exec. Asst 1 (0-2 years) This role could possible go perm - 5+ months contract Pay rate: $27.09/hr Onsite 5 Days a week
Location:
McLean, Virginia 22102 Property Management Need to be comfortable with Microsoft Suite, Teams and Outlook Person needs to be professional, have good written and oral skills Sitting on site at the client - person should be well put together
Education/Experience:
1+ years experience in a real estate/entrepreneurial environment
High School Diploma or GED Computer Skills:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contract and change order administration including drafting, preparing, distributing, scanning and filing contracts for Capital Improvement Projects and Service Vendors;
  • Backup for AP Processing.
  • Backup for long-term admin absence, as needed
  • Assisting with Creation of Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Set up accounts and train new team members on the various portfolio systems (MRI, Nexus, ServiceEdge, Cove, Measurabl etc.), as needed;
  • Compile meeting minutes from each team post monthly operations call.
  • Creating and maintaining files as requested;
  • Coordination of Quarterly Team Training;
