Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the business by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires an eager, reliable, and dependable individual with excellent time management skills. Responsibilities Answer the main telephone line, ensuring that calls are screened, taking messages, and re-directing calls to the correct team or person as required. Greet and assist visitors and clients when they arrive. Organize travel and accommodation for staff and customers. Assist with simple accounting tasks such as entering and organizing invoices and payments. Scan and file physical and electronic documents. Complete basic data entry, and maintain organization of physical and electronic files. Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail and small packages. Run office-related errands, including bank deposits. Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies. Ensure common areas remain stocked and clear of clutter and mess. Assist in coordinating small office events, lunches, or celebrations. Assist with other duties as needed to support business functions. Follow office protocols for handling any sensitive information. Qualifications Completion of a High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic MS Office Skills. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Excellent customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for bank/mail runs). Work Environment Office based in-person role. Extended hours as needed during month end and peak periods.
