Chiropractic care PTO Medical insurance option We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care, conducting exams, and delivering treatment. You will also play a key role in educating patients about exercises, therapies, and home care instructions, all while fostering a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients, creating a friendly and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Manage the check-out process, including scheduling future appointments and ensuring patients understand their next steps. Answer phone calls, respond to patient questions, and assist with scheduling and appointment changes. Maintain accurate patient information and update records as needed. Collect payments and assist with basic front desk transactions. Keep the front desk organized and help maintain a smooth, efficient flow throughout the office. Communicate effectively with the chiropractic and clinical teams to coordinate patient care and scheduling. Build strong relationships with patients while providing excellent customer service at every interaction.

What You'll Gain:

Comprehensive training provided—no previous experience required! Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for raises and additional perks after 90 days.

Qualifications:

Two-year degree preferred, but not required. Proven customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred. Specific spinal hygiene training will be provided post-hire.
