We are dedicated to helping people experience wellness, recovery, and meaningful moments outside. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and integrity-driven Administrative Assistant to enhance leadership capacity and strengthen operational infrastructure. About the Role The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to senior leadership - including direct support for the CEO - while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role owns recurring administrative and coordination tasks. The right candidate will thrive in a fast?paced environment, handle confidential information with care, and bring a high level of professionalism to every interaction. Key Responsibilities CEO & Executive Team Support Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting preparation, communication management, and follow?up. Prepare, edit, and manage leadership decks and documents in PowerPoint. Supporting recurring leadership and Business meetings Serve as a point of contact for internal and external requests for CEO time and schedule meeting. Proactively help CEO prepare for meetings in advance. CEO Calendar & Meeting Management Full calendar management: scheduling, rescheduling, prioritizing, and resolving meeting conflicts. Coordinate internal and external meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure all logistics and materials are prepared, coordination, Follow-ups. Proactively gathers stakeholder inputs in advance of meetings to ensure alignment, preparedness, and effective communication. Support booking reservations for meetings within and outside the office. Travel & Logistics Research, compare, and book travel, including presenting options and managing changes for CEO and all employees needing travel for occasional work trips. Support company offsites and events with reservations, logistics, materials, planning, and vendor coordination. Operational & Office Support Front-desk and guest services: greet and direct visitors and interview candidates to the appropriate staff member, coordinating refreshments, restroom access, and waiting-area accommodations as needed. Manage general office needs, such as supply inventory, office snacks vendor, and workspace organization. Handle printing, preparation, and organization of documents for meetings and events. Coordinate food orders for company events and meetings Support internal event set-up (MBR's, celebrations, showers, etc.) Manage the end-to-end merchandise order process and company Point site. Culture and HR Support Support employer branding by contributing to culture-focused content that highlights company values and team engagement. Organize seasonal office engagement projects, such as decorating contests, values challenge, and holiday initiatives. Contribute to and help coordinate small-scale HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications Required:

1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, admin support, or related field. Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information. Strong experience in PowerPoint Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Ability to prioritize tasks, problem?solve, and work independently. Proficiency in standard administrative tools (email, calendaring, document editing) preferably Microsoft.

Preferred:

Experience supporting executives or CEOs. Familiarity with travel coordination or event logistics. Interest in People & Culture work or organizational development.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week), schedule between 7:00 AM-5:30

PM Compensation:

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education/certification(s).

The hourly rate for this position falls within this predefined rate. If your compensation expectations exceed this range, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying. This ensures alignment between candidate expectations and the role's budget.

Base Hourly Rate Range:

$27.88-$30.29 per hour
