HVAC Service Coordinator (Dispatcher)

(Job Description) A well-established HVAC company located in Bellevue, WA is hiring for a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher). The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing service operations to support field teams and project delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Project Managers, and Field Technician Supervisors, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and familiarity with HVAC or building systems. Pay

• $25/hr.
• $28/hr. (Depending on overall experience, industry, and/or qualifications) Location
• Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite) Contract Duration
• 6-Month Contract-To-Hire (Responsibilities) + Coordinate and schedule service resources, including technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.

+ Dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians in collaboration with Project Managers and Field Technician Supervisors. + Generate work orders, input project/job information into internal systems, and ensure accurate job tracking. + Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout project execution. + Review and process project documentation, including completed service calls, and forward to Project Administration as needed. + Track service start-ups and ongoing work requirements within job management systems. + Coordinate with internal departments such as Parts and Procurement to support operational needs. + Investigate and resolve customer concerns by routing issues to appropriate team members and following through to resolution. + Generate, interpret, and distribute reports related to service operations and performance. + Support operational needs with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required. (Qualification Requirements) + 2-3+ years of related experience in service coordination, dispatch, or construction operations. + Experience with service dispatching or scheduling preferred. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems. + Strong customer service. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and resources in a fast-paced environment. + Valid Driver's License (Occasional site visits may be required). + Comfortable submitting to a drug test upon onboarding.
