Office Support Assistant 19th Hole Bar + Grill Bremerton, WA Job Details Part-time $20 - $22 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Executive administrative support Hiring Attention to detail Office management Restaurant experience Full Job Description Office & Administrative Assistant - Restaurant Group Part-Time | In-Person Only | Starting at 25 Hours per Week We are a locally owned restaurant group with three established restaurants seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office & Administrative Assistant to support ownership with day-to-day administrative and business operations. This is an in-person position and would be a great fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable handling confidential information, communicates professionally, and enjoys helping keep a busy business running smoothly. The position will start at approximately 25 hours per week , with the potential for additional hours as the role grows. Responsibilities Maintain and organize employee personnel files and employment documentation Assist with hiring, including posting positions, communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees Help ensure new-hire paperwork and required employee documents are completed and properly filed Assist with accounts payable and keeping track of bills, invoices, and upcoming payments Organize receipts, statements, and other business records Draft and send professional emails and business correspondence Attend meetings as needed and take clear, organized meeting notes Create follow-up lists and help make sure action items from meetings are completed Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist ownership with scheduling, reminders, paperwork, and administrative projects Communicate with restaurant managers and employees regarding administrative needs Help collect and organize information from our three restaurant locations Maintain confidentiality regarding employees, finances, and business operations Assist with miscellaneous office and operational projects as they arise What We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Dependable and consistent Professional and trustworthy Comfortable handling confidential employee and financial information A strong written and verbal communicator Comfortable writing professional emails Able to take good notes and turn conversations into organized action items Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and online business systems Able to work independently and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-owned business environment Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as the position develops Previous administrative, office management, HR, bookkeeping, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are especially interested in finding someone who is organized, capable, trustworthy, and takes initiative . Schedule Approximately 25 hours per week to start In-person only — this is not a remote position Part-time schedule Additional hours may become available as responsibilities grow About the Position This person will work closely with ownership and become an important part of the behind-the-scenes operations of our three restaurants. We are looking for someone interested in more than simply completing assigned tasks—we want someone who can help us stay organized, follow through on important details, and make the administrative side of our businesses run more efficiently.
