Job Description

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, professional, and comfortable taking initiative. This position will work closely with hotel leadership and ownership to support daily operations, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and overall property standards. The ideal candidate has previous hotel leadership experience and understands that hospitality management requires being involved throughout the property. We are looking for someone who can confidently step in where needed, support employees, resolve problems, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with overseeing daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance Support employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management Help maintain strong guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns Monitor property cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation Assist with reviewing occupancy, revenue, labor, expenses, and operational reports Ensure hotel policies, procedures, safety requirements, and brand standards are followed Help maintain appropriate staffing levels and departmental coverage Communicate operational concerns, staffing needs, maintenance issues, and guest feedback to leadership Assist with invoices, payroll information, reports, and other administrative responsibilities Support local sales efforts and relationships with business and community accounts Help create a professional, positive, and accountable environment for employees Step into additional operational responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Experience with front desk and general hotel operations Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance concerns Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable learning and using hotel property management systems Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality Flexible availability based on operational needs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in the property they help manage. The right person will be willing to jump in when needed, communicate well with both guests and employees, and help create consistency and accountability throughout the hotel. This position offers an opportunity for someone with hospitality experience to take on a larger operational leadership role and continue growing within hotel management.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
