Your Role Welcome and care for patients, ensuring every visit feels warm and personal Answer phones and assist patients with a cheerful, professional attitude Manage daily opening/closing routines and general office operations Schedule and coordinate patient flow for an efficient, enjoyable experience Handle patient recall to keep care on track Track patient visits, office statistics, and account details Process payments and assist with light billing, posting, and statements Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting office environment Support marketing efforts and promote office events Provide general admin support — from preparing packets to helping a busy parent at the door! Assist the doctors in delivering excellent chiropractic care to our community Requirements Minimum Associate's Degree (any field) Strong computer and communication skills Professional, confident, and polished presentation Comfortable discussing finances with patients (sales or marketing experience a plus) Must enjoy talking with people both in person and on the phone — this is not a behind-the-scenes role! Must have flexibility with schedule to help cover vacations, callouts and events.
