Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for someone outgoing who loves interacting with people, is a self starter and quick learner. This person ideally has experience in inventory management, is extremely organized, and preferably has some experience in pregnancy and birth.
Job responsibilities include:
Inventory Management Supply Ordering Restocking birth rooms, clinic rooms etc Deep Cleaning Birth rooms Clinic Cleaning Organizing Facility Front Desk coverage when needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in clinic support or a similar role Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of medical office practices is a plus Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and visitors Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage inventory tasks effectively Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Preferred experience in maternity/ obstetrical field The ideal person would be available to begin training as soon as possible. 28-32 hours a week, 930- 430 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 10-2 Wednesday We view our team as a family and believe True North is an excellent place to work!
