Job Description
Description Serve as the first point of contact for the Company. Welcome all visitors and direct to appropriate individuals. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. pacific time zone. Maintain building security procedures. Manage general inquires and route mail. Administer and support employee programs (ie: nectar recognition, commuter trip reduction), including onboarding new employees to the system, troubleshooting basic user issues, promoting participation, and coordinating related activities. Perform data entry and recordkeeping in Paylocity and Sharepoint, including new hire data, employee changes, and file maintenance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records. Conduct reference checks for candidates and coordinate the drug screening process, including sending out drug screening kits, tracking completion, and communicating with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers as needed. Provide broader coordination and administrative support to the HR function and Spokane office, including file systems organization and updating, expense reporting, coordination of customer/visitor logistics, completion of the employee blog, and other duties as assigned by HR leadership. Other duties as assigned to support department and company objectives. Requirements Minimum two years of administrative coordination, HR support, or clerical experience, or equivalent background. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity) and employee recognition platforms (e.g., Nectar) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates at all levels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects — including event logistics — with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
