Admin Assistant:

Toothsavers is a School Based Sealant Program providing mobile oral health to children in their schools. Big Smiles Washington has been providing preventive oral health care to WA school children since 2010. Our goal is to provide access to oral health for all children within our community. This is a Part-time Position looking for Monday Tuesday and Fridays We are seeking an administrative assistant to assist our dental hygienists during their school visits. No dental experience is necessary.

Your duties will include:

Collecting children signed up for our dental clinics from their classrooms and walking them to our clinic area Organizing paperwork and charting for the dental hygienist Charting in our Dental software Handing out toothbrushes to children Communicating with school staff as needed Transporting company equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, upbeat, friendly, punctual, and efficient with their time. Salary DOE range from $21-$23 per hour plus travel pay.
