Job Description

Angel Senior Care is a growing company providing in-home care and placement services to seniors throughout Spokane and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and peace of mind while receiving care in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors and their families, has strong customer service and computer skills, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, home care, scheduling, or working with seniors is highly preferred. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Organized with strong attention to detail A strong problem-solver who can handle changing priorities Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment Professional and compassionate when working with seniors, families, and caregivers A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, or a related environment preferred 2+ years of office experience preferred Experience working with seniors or the aging population preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and administrative staff Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain professional and organized while working in a high-stress environment Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Experience with AxisCare, Outlook, Cytracom, Adobe, KPI tracking, and other office equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance Responsibilities As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will help support the day-to-day operations of our office and provide excellent service to clients, families, and caregivers.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff member Greet and assist clients, families, caregivers, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Provide administrative and clerical support to the office and management team Prepare documents, correspondence, and other projects as needed Maintain organized paper and electronic files Operate and assist with office equipment, including computers, copiers, and fax machines Assist with caregiver scheduling using AxisCare Assist new caregivers with orientation, new hire paperwork, and scheduling Help maintain accurate and complete client files in accordance with agency policies and applicable state regulations Help maintain accurate and complete caregiver files in accordance with agency policies and applicable state regulations Assist with obtaining and tracking client satisfaction surveys Provide support to caregivers, clients, and families as needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management Support Angel Senior Care's commitment to providing quality in-home care services in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards Benefits We offer a supportive work environment and a variety of benefits, including: Health Savings Account (HSA) Employer-Funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid training Paid sick time Accrued sick leave Referral bonus program Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative staff Flexibility to work around school or another job schedule Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred License / Certification HCA or CNA license preferred Work Location In person - Spokane, WA
