Job Description
Front Desk Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator We are a well-established private dental office looking for a warm, positive, and dependable person to join our front office team as a Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, brings positive energy to work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that takes great care of its patients. You may already have experience working in a dental or medical office—or you may be looking for an opportunity to start a new career in dentistry. We are happy to train the right person who has the personality, work ethic, and desire to learn. What You'll Do You will be one of the first people our patients interact with and will play an important role in making their experience with our office a great one.
Responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and helping them feel welcome and comfortable Answering phones and communicating with patients in a friendly, professional manner Scheduling and confirming appointments Helping maintain a productive and organized schedule Discussing treatment plans and helping patients understand their next steps Coordinating appointments for recommended treatment Communicating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Assisting with other front office responsibilities as needed Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Has a naturally positive, friendly, and upbeat personality Enjoys talking with and helping people Is a strong communicator and good listener Is dependable, organized, and attentive to details Is comfortable learning new things and asking questions Works well as part of a team Can remain friendly and composed when the office gets busy Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service Previous dental or medical office experience is certainly a plus, but it is not required. We are very open to someone who is just beginning their career and is excited to learn.
