Job Description
Description We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support general office operations and administrative activities. This role helps ensure the workplace runs efficiently by providing day-to-day administrative support, coordinating office tasks, and assisting staff as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment. Responsibilities
+ Support daily office operations and administrative functions
+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office activities
+ Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems
+ Assist with document preparation, data entry, and correspondence
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external visitors
+ Help manage office equipment, vendors, and service requests
+ Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
+ Promote an organized, professional, and efficient work environment Requirements Qualifications
+ Experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role preferred
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with common office software and systems
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
