We are a small team focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in a comfortable environment. We are looking for a versatile Dental Assistant who is comfortable working both clinical and front-office duties . Because we are a growing practice, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a practice rather than being limited to one specific role. What You'll Do Clinical / Back Office Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures Assist with implant and full-arch/All-on-X procedures Set up and break down operatories Sterilization and infection-control procedures Take dental radiographs Assist with digital scans and other dental technology Maintain instruments, supplies, and clinical areas Help provide an excellent and comfortable patient experience Front Office Answer phones and communicate with patients Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Help with patient forms and records Respond to patient calls, texts, and inquiries Follow up with prospective and existing patients Help keep the schedule organized and productive Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in someone who is: Friendly, professional, and excellent with patients Reliable and dependable Comfortable working independently in a small office Willing to help wherever needed rather than saying, "That's not my job" Organized and able to switch between front and back-office responsibilities Proactive during downtime Comfortable learning new technology and systems Coachable and open to feedback Interested in growing with the practice long-term Positive and easy to work with Dental assisting experience is strongly preferred. Implant, surgical, digital scanning, or full-arch experience is a plus but not required for the right person. Experience with Open Dental is also a plus. Schedule Our current office schedule is generally: Monday-Thursday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are a newer and growing practice, so hours may vary depending on patient volume and are not currently guaranteed at 40 hours per week. Applicants should be comfortable with a growing-practice environment where responsibilities and hours may expand as patient volume increases. Compensation $22-$28/hour depending on experience, skills, and ability to contribute in both the front and back office.
