Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently. In this position, you will be the backbone of our office environment, fostering productivity and professionalism every day. Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and QuickBooks accounting software. Organize files, process documents, and perform proofreading to ensure accuracy across all correspondence and reports. Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating mailings, and maintaining inventory levels. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed to enhance overall office productivity. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating proficiency in clerical tasks and customer service. Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Skilled in multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading.
