Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to business leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will demonstratecommunication, coordination, and multitasking skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative assistant or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting mid to senior-level leadership Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling platforms Experience in handling vendor coordination or cross-functional team support ________________________________________ Work Model Onsite requirement: 5 days/week; minimum 4 days per week in the office Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ________________________________________ Additional Characteristics problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Professional demeanor with interpersonal skillssalary: $25 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
