This position provides administrative and customer service support to help keep our office running efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice and Administrative Support Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Provide general administrative support to office management, leadership, and other team members. Assist coworkers with daily responsibilities as needed. Maintain and manage consignment agreements. Update and organize service-related spreadsheets, records, and documentation. Help maintain accurate and organized customer information. Customer Service Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member. Respond to customer questions by phone, text, email, and in person. Provide accurate general information about the company and its services. Follow up on customer requests and help ensure questions are resolved promptly. Assist with company social media accounts, including creating posts, publishing content, and responding to messages and comments. Financial Support Create and process customer estimates and invoices. Assist with accounts receivable and customer payment follow-up. Maintain accurate financial and customer records. Support other basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks as assigned. Technology and Software Use QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other office software. Manage Mailchimp communications and contact lists. Troubleshoot minor technology issues, such as printer problems and basic software updates. Help maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers. Project Support Assist with special projects and company initiatives. Track the progress of ongoing projects and assigned tasks. Support team members in meeting project deadlines and completing deliverables. Maintain organized records and provide project updates when requested. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments to support smooth daily operations. Participate in team meetings and company discussions. Contribute ideas for improving customer service, organization, and office procedures. Take on additional responsibilities as business needs change throughout the season. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role preferred. Previous experience in a customer-facing position preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable learning new processes, software, and responsibilities. Professional, positive, and adaptable attitude. Experience with QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or similar programs is preferred. Familiarity with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers. Work Schedule Manke Enterprises operates in a seasonal industry. Work hours vary throughout the year based on weather, lake conditions, and business needs. The dates below are approximate and may change.
Winter Schedule:
December-Mid-March Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. No regularly scheduled overtime No regularly scheduled weekendsPeak Season:
