•4:00PM on-call rotation required Do you have a good working knowledge of and the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction? As the maintenance director, you will: oversee maintenance services for the campus conduct routine tests and inspections maintain facility's fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans manage the preventative maintenance program oversee and assist with painting and repairs coordinate groundskeeping lead and direct maintenance personnel
Required Qualifications:
applicants must be 18+ years of age high school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma or 5 years of related experience possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ability to read and interpret blueprints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating Health and Wellness Benefits choose your own health insurance
