Compensation:

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and partners, setting the tone for the entire office and helping the team run smoothly from the moment the doors open each day.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors, members, partners, and high-profile guests with warmth and professionalism Answering, screening, and routing multi-line phone calls, including handling media inquiries with tact and discretion Managing conference room scheduling, catering, room setup, and AV/Zoom support for meetings Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages Managing office supply inventory and placing orders Booking travel and hotel accommodations for staff Providing general administrative support across the organization
Requirements and Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, positive disposition 1+ years of front desk, greeting visitors, or similar work experience Polished verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to stay composed and gracious with demanding or time-pressed individuals Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Experience with multi-line phone systems (transferring calls, managing voicemail) Comfort with AV setup and virtual meeting platforms (especially Zoom) About the
