Entrepreneurship & Innovation Coordinator The QTI Group - 3.7 Madison, WI Job Details $22.78 - $27.35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Research Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description The QTI Group is proud to partner with a public-private financial agency to find an Entrepreneurship & Innovation Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in supporting stakeholder relationships, statewide events, program administration, and other activities that cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship in the State of Wisconsin. The person in this role will work with internal and external partners while maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with program operations, and establishing administrative best practices.
Pay:
$22.78-$27.35 / hr
Location:
This role is primarily remote, with monthly in-person meetings in Madison and occasional events in Dane County.
Timeframe:
Start ASAP, continue through 6/30/27
Responsibilities:
Meeting and schedule coordination, including managing materials, agendas, and notes.
Event coordination:
Manage registration, communications, documentation, promotional materials, planning timelines, and vendor coordination for workshops, conferences, webinars, networking events, and other convenings. Maintain accurate and consistent documentation procedures for meetings, outreach activities, program and stakeholder interactions, project files, meeting records, follow-up activities, and more. Support outreach efforts with entrepreneurs, investors, accelerators, universities, economic development organizations, ecosystem partners, and sponsors. Support data collection, database maintenance, performance tracking, and research. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing operational efficiencies.
Project coordination:
assist with planning, implementation, timelines, deliverables, communications, status reporting, and tracking projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written / verbal communication. Event / meeting coordination experience. Proficiency with MS Office and a CRM system. Background in business administration, economics, public administration, financial services, entrepreneurship, or similar field. 3+ yrs in administration, project coordination, event management, customer relations, entrepreneurship, nonprofits, or related area. Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, venture development, or economic development. #MMAS
