Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of production schedules, manage inventory levels, and streamline supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations. Your technical proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle, combined with your expertise in demand planning and manufacturing workflows, will drive efficiency and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making are key to success. Responsibilities Complete internal job file quality reviews Audit estimates and maintain an upload process Help Project Managers coordinate subcontractors and job scheduling Daily contact with property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnel Weekly meetings with Project Managers to discuss projects Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence Perform detailed and accurate data entry Assist other departments, as needed Skills This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Pay:
