Job Description

Overview Our Integrative medical clinic is committed to helping patients live their healthiest lives. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Associate with a dedicated work ethic and an interest in the holistic approach. When we find the right person, we will provide training. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Your expertise in medical administrative support, office management, and patient service will help streamline clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment while giving our patients the best experience possible. Primary Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Check-out patients and collect payment using QuickBooks Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling system Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting demographic information and updating medical histories Chart prep, vital signs and basic in-office procedures Experience Prior experience in a medical office is preferred Knowledgable in Word, Excel, QuickBooks is preferred Requirements Excellent reception skills Dependable transportation Skilled in customer service A multi-tasker with attention to detail Physically able to assist patients on and off of exam tables A willingness to learn supplements, procedures and systems
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
