Administrative Assistant Reports to: Senior HR Generalist
OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of Performance Corp. This position serves as a key resource for the leadership team, HR department, and operational staff by ensuring accurate data management, coordinating administrative processes, maintaining company records, and supporting organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong computer skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization while supporting a variety of administrative and HR-related functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Administrative Support Perform high-volume and accurate data entry within company systems, including ERP and other software platforms. Generate, compile, and distribute reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making. Assist leadership team members with administrative projects, correspondence, document preparation, and organizational tasks. Scan, organize, maintain, and electronically file documents and records. Create, update, format, and distribute company forms, reports, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage company records and ensure information is maintained accurately and confidentially. Process recurring customer orders and maintain customer information within the ERP system. Process and scan Certificates of Insurance and other business-related documentation. Coordinate office supply inventory and ordering. Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Create, print, and laminate signage, training materials, and company documents as requested. Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, anniversaries, apparel programs, and other employee engagement initiatives. Provide backup reception support by assisting visitors, answering general inquiries, and directing communications as needed. Support special projects and administrative initiatives across departments. HR Support Assist the Human Resources team with administrative tasks, recordkeeping, employee communications, onboarding activities, and other HR-related projects. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and company records. Support employee programs and initiatives designed to enhance engagement and company culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
To perform this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following: Professional Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to learn and effectively utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and other business software applications. Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to generate reports, analyze information, and present data in a clear and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Professional demeanor with a friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Previous administrative, office support, customer service, HR support, or data entry experience preferred. Experience working with ERP systems and business software applications preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
