This full-time position, located near Seymour, WI, offers an engaging and supportive environment for a dedicated professional passionate about speech and language development. Bring your expertise to a diverse caseload of approximately 38-40 students, helping them reach their communication goals throughout the academic year. Youll have the chance to collaborate closely with teachers, other educational professionals, and families, fostering positive outcomes across different age groups and settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure as required for practice in schools Strong clinical skills within a school-based environment Experience across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and assessments for a mixed caseload of students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams This contracted role runs from August 31, 2026, through June 3, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, all onsite.
