Overview Looking to build a career in construction management? This is your opportunity. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Project Assistant to join our production team. No prior project management experience is required. If you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a long-term career, we'll provide the training and mentorship needed to help you succeed. This role is designed as a stepping stone into project management. You'll work alongside experienced Production Managers and Project Managers, learning every aspect of exterior construction while helping keep projects organized, customers informed, and crews supported. Our goal is to develop you into a full Project Manager within 1-3 years, based on your performance and growth. What you'll do: Assist Production Manager with residential exterior projects from start to finish. Help coordinate roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior construction projects. Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after their projects to provide updates and answer questions. Visit job sites to monitor progress, document work, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Help identify and communicate issues before they become larger problems. Learn quality control standards through job site inspections and hands-on training. Maintain organized project files, schedules, and documentation with our CRM. Support the production team wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Who you are:
No previous project management experience required—we're willing to train the right person. Construction experience is a plus but not required. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and team members. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Reliable, dependable, and accountable for your work. Comfortable working both in the office and visiting job sites. Able to adapt quickly and solve problems as they arise. Motivated to grow into a leadership role. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
