This position is responsible for accurately pulling materials for assembly teams, inspecting parts for quality, and preparing finished products for painting. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn a variety of production and assembly tasks. Responsibilities- Pull materials for assembly teams and verify work orders for accuracy. Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. Pull finished products for painting and organize materials according to paint type and production dates. Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department. Receive training and assist with assembly-related tasks as needed, including NEMA building, turning motor end bells, and other production functions. Participate in company programs focused on employee suggestions, quality improvement, efficiency, and cost savings. Follow safety and quality procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous forklift experience preferred. Strong organizational and basic mathematical skills. Basic computer skills required; SAP experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday for extended periods of time, including shifts of 8-12 hours. Schedule Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30
