This role coordinates compliance records, personnel administration, training documentation, reporting, inventory, and communication between on-site teams and the corporate office. The position helps maintain accurate, responsive administrative processes in a mission-critical facility with heightened security protocols. Regular availability during evenings, weekends, and after-hours is required. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate incident reports, visitor logs, shift schedules, audit documentation, and other security operations records. Coordinate administrative support for security personnel onboarding, scheduling, leave, attendance, and disciplinary tracking. Ensure records and administrative processes align with applicable data center security standards and company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries related to site security operations. Manage communication between on-site teams, site supervisors, Human Resources, and the corporate office. Update security management systems and reporting tools, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Organize and document required training, site-specific procedures, emergency protocols, refresher training, and compliance retraining. Monitor certification renewal dates, including CPR/First Aid, fire safety, and defensive tactics, as applicable. Track supplies, uniforms, and security equipment inventory, and coordinate vendor restocking and repairs. Collaborate with site supervisors to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training resources.
