Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets, databases, and other office management systems Maintain organized filing systems, including digital documents and physical records such as client files and correspondence Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining office equipment Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person while demonstrating proper phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs Experience with multi-line phone systems, spreadsheets, filing systems, and calendar management tools Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and technical proficiency will shine!
