Administrative Assistant - Afternoon Shift Uinta Counseling is looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team for the afternoon shift at our office in Evanston, WY. This position is a great fit for someone who can stay organized in a busy environment, understands the importance of confidentiality, and has an interest in the mental health field. Position Details This will be an in person part-time position with afternoon hours of 1-5pm Monday-Friday. The pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities The administrative assistant will help support the daily operations of the office, including: Answering phone calls and taking messages Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Collecting payments Greeting clients in a warm and professional manner Assisting with basic office tasks Maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment Light cleaning duties Protecting client confidentiality at all times Qualifications Applicants must be: At least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have strong communication skills Have strong typing and computer skills Be reliable, organized, and detail oriented. Be comfortable interacting with clients in a respectful and compassionate way Present themselves professionally Preferred Qualifications The following aren't a requirement, but are a plus: Interest in the mental health field Familiarity with HIPAA or confidentiality requirements Previous office, receptionist, scheduling, or customer service experience

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
