Qualifications:

Customer Service oriented. Office background. MS Office experience There is extensive walking, standing and lifting. Lift upto 50 lbs. This will be a rotating support person providing coverage to multiple locations

Responsibilities:

Reception-Answer calls, register all visitors with building security portal Mail/Receiving, Shipping Copy/Print, Scan, Supply management.

Hospitality:

Conference room reservation, Setup, Food Order and Setup/breakdown, Upkeep Kitchen/Pantry areas etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
