As our Front Office Technician, you'll often be the first person families, community members, partners, vendors, and visitors meet—whether they walk through our doors or call us by phone. Your professionalism, compassion, and ability to connect with people help shape the first impression of our organization. Because this position is many people's first contact with SHE, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for everyone seeking our services or working with our organization. You'll communicate with a diverse range of community members, program participants, partners, and staff, ensuring each person is greeted with respect and connected to the information or resources they need. Working closely with program staff, you'll also support participant intake, helping individuals and families take the first step toward accessing programs that strengthen communities throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
