Office Assistant / Mailroom Clerk We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Mailroom Clerk to join our busy and growing Property Management office in Carrollwood, Tampa. This is an entry-level position providing general office and mailroom support to our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working in a busy office environment, and takes pride in staying organized and getting things done. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience and grow with a professional and established company. Key Responsibilities Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail Prepare documents, letters, and other materials for mailing Receive and distribute packages and deliveries Maintain an organized mailroom and designated mail areas Make copies, scan, file, and organize documents Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Respond to basic emails and assist with general office inquiries Assist with office supply inventory and keeping the office organized Prepare and organize documents and materials for meetings Provide general administrative support to property managers and other team members Assist with special projects and other office tasks as needed Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous office, clerical, mailroom, or customer service experience is a plus but not required Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to learn new software and office systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Dependable and punctual Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy office Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and move packages and office supplies as needed Why Join Us? Pay:
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
