Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Staff to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Ideal candidates will be adaptable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, sorting mail, and data entry.
Document Management:
Help with scanning, organizing and maintaining client files, legal documents, and office records.
Client Interaction:
Greet clients, direct them to appropriate personnel, and provide general office assistance.
Office Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing supplies and inventory.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist attorneys and paralegals with special projects as needed, such as scanning, photocopying, or preparing documents.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or administrative training is a plus.
Experience:
Prior office or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Legal office experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with basic office equipment (phones, copiers, printers) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professionalism:
Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
Availability:

Flexible Work Schedule:
Part-time or full-time hours based on your availability during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 8-4:30). Note this is an "in person" position; remote work is not available.
