Job Description

•Job Summary•Corporate Deskside Support Team as an onsite specialist, providing essential desktop support to our Executives and corporate clients. Responsibilities include computer imaging, equipment deployment, software installation, and dedicated support for all executive meetings. This role requires a strong team and customer service orientation, with occasional on-call availability. 100% In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM •Essential Functions•+ Primary support focuses on executives, providing assistance with laptops, phones, and conference rooms before and during executive meetings.

Manages remote and deskside incidents, including hardware/software deployment, Imaging laptops, desktops, VDI equipment. + Performs Deskside functions associated with internal and external customer-based needs, General LAN Network troubleshooting, and Avaya Phone and Mobile Devices support + Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, GSuite requests including Shared Drive and Group management, Manages users IDs as necessary, to include the addition of users to individual applications and distribution groups + Occasional on call rotation to support our ACC/Avasure team which is 24/7 operations team •Qualifications•+ H.S.
