Position Summary We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly organized Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned front-desk professional who understands how to create an exceptional patient experience while keeping a busy clinic running efficiently. The Wellness Coordinator is often the first and last point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in front-office operations, patient retention, membership sales, and overall clinic success. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, prioritize competing demands, and confidently handle a fast-paced healthcare environment. If you have experience in medical, dental, chiropractic, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients, providing an exceptional and professional experience from check-in through checkout Manage a busy patient flow while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a welcoming environment Confidently explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services to new and existing patients Support clinic revenue and membership goals through effective communication, relationship building, and sales Identify opportunities to educate patients about available services and encourage continued care Answer multiple phone calls, respond to patient questions, and manage scheduling needs professionally Handle patient concerns and difficult situations with professionalism, patience, and good judgment Maintain accurate patient information, memberships, payments, and transactions within the POS and computer systems Re-engage inactive members and follow up with patients to encourage continued care Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and other front-office responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and clinic area Assist with local marketing, community outreach, and patient retention initiatives Work closely with chiropractors and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations Follow company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining patient confidentiality Be willing and able to work independently and confidently across multiple clinic locations What We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone with demonstrated front-desk experience. 2+ years of front-desk, customer service, sales, healthcare, medical office, dental, chiropractic, or similar experience preferred Previous experience working in a busy, customer-facing environment Healthcare or medical office experience is highly preferred Experience with POS systems, payment processing, and computer-based patient records Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to confidently explain services and memberships Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Comfortable handling patient concerns and resolving problems independently Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Confident, positive, and professional personality Ability to work effectively with doctors, coworkers, and patients Previous experience with cash handling and daily reconciliation is a plus Office management or leadership experience is a plus Seeking Spanish speakers High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between 12 West Valley clinics Schedule This position requires availability:

9:45 AM-4:00PM OR Sunday:
8:45 AM-3:00 PM 34-37 hours per week Flexibility and reliability are essential, as this position supports multiple clinic locations. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $16.00 per hour.
