Currently, we have multiple entry-level crewmember positions with great opportunities for advancement at our Windows division based in Red Bluff, CA. Entry-level crewmembers earn $21.31 per hour. We train and promote from within!

ABOUT THE POSITION

? Find yourself on a new career path in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision ? Load, package, and stack windows, doors, and window parts ? Work with a 2-3-person crew to package and load shipping trucks ? The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding ? Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments ? Work will consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times

QUALIFICATIONS

? We look for applicants with recent, related work history and verifiable references ? All applicants must be at least age 18 WHY
