40 Hours Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing patient care effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families regarding disease management and home care Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure patient safety and adherence to care plans Required Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) Valid Driver's License Proof of Automobile Insurance Qualifications Active RN license (California or compact state) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Previous home health experience preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively Education Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Benefits Competitive weekly pay Housing stipend or assistance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance Supportive and responsive staffing team Why Red Bluff, CA?
