Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working with students with special needs, including implementing IEPs Strong knowledge of evidence-based instructional methods for diverse learners Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators Adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities in dynamic classroom settings
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's strengths and needs Conduct assessments and track student progress to ensure growth and development Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families for cohesive educational planning Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere where students feel valued and included Attend IEP meetings, complete necessary documentation, and uphold compliance with all state and federal regulations
