Full Job Description Description:
General Summary This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week. The Fulfillment Center Operations Associate supports order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general organization of the Fulfillment Center warehouse, while contributing to a positive team environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for web order fulfillment via pick/processing, consolidating, and stowing inbound will call orders and deliveries. Executes warehouse duties including but not limited to preparing outbound pallets, stowing inbound inventory (internal and supplier), bin locating inventory and customer orders, constructing shipping and handling materials (e.g., boxes, racking), and general cleaning and organization. Uses proprietary app (TCB) accurately for bin locating, product and order stowing, and sweep. Resolves Customer Service Module (CSM) requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Assists with organizational tasks and facility preparation prior to Quarterly Physical Inventory (QPI), and maintains facility safety, cleanliness, and organization as directed by company policy and the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager, including all other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Comfortable learning new systems quickly (e.g., KLMaint, TCB); familiarity with Office 365 a plus. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills. Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including timely email correspondence across departments (e.g., Customer Service, Retail, Operations). Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, shipping and handling equipment); ability to work at least one weekend day per week, with flexibility for early/late or varied shifts, especially during the November-December peak.
Education:
High school diploma required; prior retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required. Physical and Environmental Demands The requirements below reflect the physical demands of this position. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, and kneel, and to load, unload, and operate a hand truck safely.
