Key Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail, including letters, packages, and documents. Operate postage meters, mail-processing equipment, and other office equipment. Weigh packages and determine appropriate postage and shipping methods. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail. Arrange courier and delivery services when necessary. Handle confidential and sensitive documents appropriately. Deliver mail and packages to departments, offices, or employees. Pick up outgoing mail from designated areas. Maintain an organized mailroom and adequate supplies. Communicate with postal services, couriers, and delivery companies. Follow company security, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
