Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Mail Clerk to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily logistics, ensuring that all correspondence and packages reach the right hands. Additionally, you will serve as the "face of the company" during our midday lunch break, providing coverage for the front desk.

What You'll Do:

Sort and distribute incoming mail and internal correspondence to the correct departments/employees. Process all outgoing mail, including weighing packages and applying correct postage. Receive and sign for deliveries (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and notify recipients immediately. Maintain a clean and organized mailroom and storage area. Front Desk & Reception Coverage (Daily Lunch Hour Cover) Front desk coverage can include answering phones, buzzing in/greeting visitors and signing in guests according to security protocols.

Who You Are:

Reliable Friendly and professional communicator Able to keep track of multiple packages and prioritize urgent deliveries. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic computer use (Email, Microsoft Word/Excel). Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods while distributing mail.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
