As a Data Processor, you will play a key role in managing incoming mail, documents, and payments from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include sorting, scanning, and data entry of both typed and handwritten information, ensuring each item is accurately prepared for shipment or dispatch. You will operate mailroom equipment such as scanners and sorting machines, performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining detailed records within secure computer systems while adhering to strict document handling protocols is essential to uphold data integrity and confidentiality. This role offers an onsite work environment with stable scheduling, supporting your work-life balance. You'll thrive in a team-oriented setting where effective communication and adaptability are valued to meet deadlines and shifting priorities.

- Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or GED + Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with strong attention to detail + Basic computer skills, including data entry and proficiency with standard business applications + Ability to follow structured procedures, uphold quality standards, and adapt to changing priorities + Effective communication skills for smooth shift handoffs + Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed + Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Pay Details:
