Responsibilities Sort and process incoming mail and packages according to operational requirements. Verify package labels and address information for accuracy. Load packages onto conveyor systems and sorting equipment. Scan parcels and maintain production records as required. Keep work areas clean and organized. Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. Assist in different operational areas as business needs require. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Basic math and sorting skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
