Job Description
Are you someone that likes a fast pace (we are serious it is fast)? We are looking for a hardworking team member to join us as a part of our Operations Department. Must work well with a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Must be detail oriented, a quick learner, and punctual. Must possess the ability to take initiative to get things done and yet not willing to accept that a completed task is "good enough". Tolerance for stress, shifting priorities, with a willingness to learn new tasks and skills is also a must. You would be operating various machines such as mail inserters, postage meter, and mail sortation equipment and finishing machines. This position is responsible for keeping adequate levels of certain paper stock to required inventory levels and to assist in general warehouse up-keep . You would also be responsible for conducting regular operator maintenance on equipment for maximum output and operating the equipment at a high level of efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards with tight deadlines. This position is also required to operate a company box truck, operate a pallet jack, and fork life. Prior experience preferred but not required. Requires successful completion of a Background Check and a Valid Maine Driver's License.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, regular bending, lifting, and reaching involved, pushing and pulling carts and mail cages and lifting 45-50 lbs. regularly throughout shift. Hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboards, handle mail, load and operate a motor vehicle.Other Skills:
