Engagement Overview We're looking for an independent contractor to support warehouse operations on a project basis. This is hands-on work — preparing, organizing, and maintaining Bitcoin ATM (BTM) machines and equipment so they're ready to ship and deploy. Great fit for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work, who wants flexible, project-based engagements rather than a fixed schedule. Scope of Work Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory per project. Load and unload Bitcoin ATM machines (requires ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs). Prepare outbound shipments and process incoming shipments. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Keep accurate records of materials, equipment, and transactions for each project. Take on ad-hoc project tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (certification a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks. Dependable and proactive — able to manage assigned work with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and shipments. Valid, clean driver's license (must be 21 years or older). Ability and willingness to travel between projects and occasionally work weekends. Basic technical skills and familiarity with common hand tools (drill, impact driver, ratchets and sockets, screwdrivers, etc.) — contractor supplies own standard tools unless otherwise agreed per project. Effective communication in both English and Spanish; must be comfortable using WhatsApp for daily project coordination.
