The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling physical tasks with precision. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely distribution and delivery, supporting overall warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload shipments Sort packages accurately according to destination and shipping instructions Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting to move packages within the warehouse Support shipping and receiving functions by preparing packages for outbound delivery and verifying incoming shipments Ensure proper filing of shipping documents Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while adhering to safety protocols Perform outdoor work as needed during loading or unloading activities Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipment sorting Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams Outdoor work experience preferred for loading/unloading activities Strong manual handling capabilities combined with safety awareness in a warehouse setting Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
