Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities/Activities:

Mailing

• print, insert and postmark letters for mailing Receiving mail
• ability to lift 25 lbs Preparation
• opening packages and letters Sorting
• capacity to determine client and form types, grouping them Scanning
• match, identify and scan forms into the proper form groups Archiving
• prepare the scanned documents for archive Some data entry, 20WPM or better

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Work Experience:

Willingness to work shifts Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; MS Access preferred Computer proficiency Able to logically identify document types and sort them Ability to meet tight deadlines Must have strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and multi-task priorities The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale.
