Job Summary The Mail Handler will help keep daily mail, packages, documents, and office support services moving efficiently across site buildings. - Sort, route, and deliver daily mail and packages across site buildings.
- Operate mail meters, high-volume copiers, and document imaging equipment.
- Perform basic copier maintenance, including clearing jams, quality checks, and restocking paper and supplies.
- Maintain inventory levels, daily meter records, and service logs.
- Assist with light office support, room setups, and routine facility tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits

- Previous experience in a corporate mailroom, copy center, print services, records department, or administrative support environment.
- Experience handling high-volume mail, packages, scanning, or document processing.
- Comfort performing light facility support tasks and room setup assistance.
