Role Description - We're hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with our operations team to maintain organization, improve workflows, and help scale our fulfillment processes as order volume grows.. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy Maintain and organize inventory within the warehouse Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Support operational improvements Collaborate with team members to hit daily fulfillment goals What We're Looking For Highly reliable with strong attention to detail Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physical work environment Organized with good time management skills Strong team player with clear communication skills Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
